This is a close up view of the Suffolk water sports centre on the south bank of Oulton Broad to the west of Lowestoft and Lake Lothing. Moored boats can be seen in the lower part of the image along with pontoons for launching.

On the left a narrow inlet of water leads to a slipway where boats can be launched. The building houses the workshops and repair facilities. Opposite this is a large area used for storing dingys and car parking. The area is well screened by mature trees.
