The pattern of land use shows the type of activities popular in this sort of attraction. Large areas have to be made available for car and coach parking as most people will travel long distances to visit the park. Careful observation will reveal the scenic railway, the cable car, picnic benches, various rides, the cinema and covered area of shops and amusements. The picture must have been taken out of season as there are very few visitors present.
