The large building in the bottom left, is part of the headquarters of Eastern Electricity. To the north of the picture is open space, housing and a large area of car parking for nearby offices.

Ipswich Town centre is only a few minutes walk to the east of this photograph along with Princes Street and Franciscan Way.
