Builders sometimes offer expensive and exclusive housing developments for sale. Here executive homes have been built in a small development to individual designs for their owners. This is surprising as to the right of this image is a large sewage works which could be rather smelly. Such homes are normally built on individual plots or as single developments on land well away from other people, often with several acres of land surrounding them. Their owners are interested in country pursuits and frequently have stables and paddocks. One plot is still to be taken, another takes garden design very seriously and a third has a large swimming pool. Compare the layout of this type of housing with that at Ipswich or Mildenhall.
