This is a close up view of a new housing development which is still under construction. This contrasts well with older housing developments. A small parcel of land has been sold and the developers have tried to create an interesting and varied environment within a confined space. Notice the shape of the road, colours of the building materials and the aspect of each house. Each house has its own garage as everyone now expects to own a car. In the bottom right hand corner is a large Victorian house with its modern swimming pool. The new development is screened from this house by a line of mature trees.
