This is a close up view of the Princes Street area of Ipswich. Large office blocks that dominate this area are clearly seen along Franciscan Way. Most of these buildings are associated with the insurance industry who are a major employer in Ipswich. Good access for commuters from nearby villages is a particular feature of this area and large car parks can be seen on the left for employees. The town centre and Buttermarket development are found to the top right of this image while Portman Road and Ipswich Town football ground are further left.
