This is a close up view of Tesco superstore to the north of Lowestoft town centre. The very modern buildings covering a large area can clearly be seen along with an extensive area of car parking necessary with an out of town shopping development. Notice how the store has been developed on a single level as a large area of land was available on this greenfield site. The road in the foreground had to be especially constructed to enable access to the A12, out of the picture on the left. This road also allows entry to Pleasurewood Hills American theme park and will also allow further access to development in the future.
