Welcome to the Suffolk County Council CYP Workforce Development Website for schools.

We believe that the secret of successful multi-professional working is the quality and inclusiveness of professional development. We know that this can take many forms: secondments; projects; observation; action research; meetings; coaching and mentoring as well as formal qualifications and training.

We are also aware that there is a vast array of good quality information on career pathways, research and professional development opportunities.

Our website is therefore a mix of information, advice, good practice and links to other sites which we hope you will find useful.
