Following an update by AVG yesterday
the MSWINSCK.OCX file is being detected as a virus.
Grisoft have issued a second update today to correct this problem.
For Windows XP
Please run AVG update and
then download the missing file from here and save
it to c:\windows\system32
For Windows 98
Please run AVG update and then download
the missing file from
here and save it to c:\windows\system
